This campaign refined Celebrity Cruises' brand vision to champion female empowerment and sparked a conversation on the lack of diversity in the maritime industry.

To motivate young girls to pursue STEM careers, we designed a mentorship and recruitment program and planned to launch it on International Women's Day with the first-ever sailing with an all-female bridge and officer team.

Due to COVID-19, we quickly pivoted our plan and successfully executed a pared-down media relations strategy, securing 460M+ impressions.
